Issues with ListView in UWP Xamarin.Forms

Hi,

These are issues I have noticed while implementing UWP project in Xamarin.Forms,

1 TextCell DetailProperty binding is not working (Can't View the detail text in Listview)
2 Grouped Listview Seems to Crash/ Blank on ListView (Bug report already filed)
3 Setting Grid as the header in Listview squeezes while 'Restore Down'/'Maximize'.
4 Setting Grid as the header in Listview in MasterDetailPage squeezes while 'Restore Down'/'Maximize'.

What's in the attached Project,
-> First Page is tabbed page which contains totally two pages,
- First Page without Grouping
- Second Page with Grouping
- Clicking on the ListCell will take you to MasterDetailPage.
