How to handle CollectionView ItemTapped?

Hi everybody!
I'm using CollectioView
Now I want handle ItemTapped from MVVM. Currently I use SelectedItem but the Item selected will be change the color, I don't want it.
I can not find ItemTapped in CollectionView.
Could you please suggest me the best way to implement this!
