Please add methods and/or events that we can use to know when a custom renderer has been attached. My specific use case is trying to extend the open-source SignaturePad control without forking or modifying the code.
More specifically, I'm unable to set the Strokes property of the SignaturePad before the custom renderer has executed, so I'd really like to know when that is.
