ERROR ITMS-90174: “Missing Provisioning Profile ... .embedded.mobileprovision."

Hi, Last month I was able to build and publish our XF app to iOS. This month, after it builds in Visual Studio 2019 and I create the .ipa file on the Mac and add it to the Application Loader, it returns with:
ERROR ITMS-90174: “Missing Provisioning Profile - iOS Apps must contain a provisioning profile in a file named embedded.mobileprovision.”
Since it last built I have gone from VS 2017 to VS 2019, upgraded XF, Syncfusion and maybe another Nuget or two. But I have not made any changes to Provisioning Profile info in iOS Bundle Signing.
Why do I suddenly get that ugly message, what does it mean and what do I need to change to make it work?
