playing catch up with the Xamarin forms platform..

I have been trying to patiently being able to get a basic hello world app deployed to emulators
from a cross platform project with no success. Interestingly, the best behavior I got was from the iOS
Mac emulator, when I thought would probably be the most difficult. When I launch the debugger with
Android as the default start app, I get many errors, the latest related to something in the path of the JDK, and the android SDK,
the warning tells me to look at the options, but they look fine (green check mark), and when I look at the logs, this is what I see..
there is nothing that tells me what is wrong..
